Motorola Spillman Flex Will Not Start

Microsoft’s October 28, 2025 update included an HTTPS regression that caused IIS hosted applications to fail to load. This presented itself as a client application failure for Motorola Flex users.

Microsoft responded with a Known Issue Rollback MSI for enterprise customers, while other users can simply update again to have the known issue rollback applied.

This affected 24h2 and 25h2.
